It’s a bank holiday on Monday, where all those banking motherfuckers who screwed the country royally with a giant strap-on get to have day off for some reason. It’s 1 May, 2009. We’ve not really been paying attention to the news, but apparently pigs have been killing people or something. That sounds like pretty awful news. We should probably all get really drunk or something. Yeah, let’s get pissed-up on cocktails involving pork products, like making a Bloody Mary with a sausage in it instead of the celery, or doing tequila shots but first coating the glasses in ham. Last one to down a pint of bacon is a massive sod! God, we’re wacky, aren’t we? That’s us up there. We’re so zany it’s OFF THE HOOK.

The current favourite thing of people who sit at home all day making comical YouTube videos is to take a TV or movie clip and hip-hop it up using auto-tune – the ‘strangled robot’ vocal effect beloved of Daft Punk and T-Pain.

Sometimes it doesn’t really work and is a bit of a waste of time for everyone involved, and sometimes it works so well that you want to stand up on a table and clap like an excited toddler. The video above definitely belongs in the second category.
