Look out for this in 2013, assuming we make it that long…
FRONT X DIY FEATURED GAME VIDEOS
You're in the massive digital filing cabinet of Games
Everything we’ve seen of this game so far makes it look like the absolute tits. You can basically make the game as violent as you wish (kill a buncha dudes and the world gets darker and fightier) – this is a playthrough where they’ve opted for the super-gnarly version (like everyone is realistically going to do). It’s out in October from Bethesda and should be awesome.

LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes
22 June (EU). Get it HERE
PS3 / Xbox 360 / PC / Wii / DS / 3DS / Vita
Boom! New LEGO game! A new original storyline with a Gotham City open world to roam around in and with over 50 DC characters. Plus, Superman gets some cool new abilities like flight, heat vision and super-breath. It’s looking pretty incredible and you’ve got to be dead inside if some small part of you can’t revel in a LEGO video game world. It would be a good test to see if Gillian McKeith is actually dead (instead of just looking like it) and we didn’t even notice. It’s possible.
This could be the best thing ever. It’s written and voiced by South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker so expect bad language, over-the-top action and fart jokes a-plenty. We can’t unclefucking wait!
So, er, this might be a little bit fucking good. Halo 4 is out November, y’all!
This new Hitman Absolution trailer has everything. Violence? Check. Explosions? Check. Bazooka-wielding sexy nun assassins in skin-tight PVC? Yaaay!
Hitman Absolution will be released on 20 November for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Last night, Ubisoft launched this teaser trailer for the new Far Cry game, which they’ll be showing of at E3 next week. They’re not giving away too much until then but it still looks fucking amazing.
If you can’t wait until E3 though, there’s more in-game footage in the video below…

We played Inversion the other day. There’s a proper review by our new games reviewer Julia Hardy coming in our next issue, but a couple of us just from the office had a bit of a goof about on it, and hey, it’s super fun. If you liked Gears Of War, it’s very Gears Of War-y (cover-based, full of explosions), but with the added awesome gimmick of gravity being MENTAL. You’ve got a gun you can use to either increase or decrease the gravitational pull on things, to make them either floaty light (and very throwable, not dissimilar to the gravity gun in Half-Life) or mightily heavy (like sending a bunch of stalactites crashing down from a cavern roof to ‘splode whatever’s under them). There are also bonkers bits where the direction of gravity’s been shifted, so you can find yourself running sideways across a building like some kind of mad, giant, violent, ant. There’s touches of Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome in there, and quite a lot of swearing, and huge amounts of shit getting all blowed up. We spent about 40 minutes with it and could happily have spent a lot more time with it but we had to come back to the office and do a bunch of goddamn work. So there you go.
Inversion will be available on PS3, XBox 360 and PC on 8 June.
Watch the video after the jump for more gravity-manipulating alien-dismembering awesomeness…
