A while back, we got sent over the new Battle For Paris album. Up until then the only reason we’d heard of them was ‘cos back in issue 164, we shot noisy two-piece Run, WALK! and one of them was wearing a Battle For Paris t-shirt that we quite liked. Anyway, we opened the album, listened to it, and fucking loved it.

Because we fucking loved it, we wanted to give it to you, too. Here’s a very exclusive stream of new album Superstar for you to get your chops around. Click play below and enjoy.

If ya likes it, then get yourself a copy HERE.

Aussie pop punkers Heroes For Hire have released a video. It’s a video that we really like, because it involves the likes of Bam Margera, Your Demise, The Used, The Black Dahlia Murder and a load other skulling beer from a shoe. Super.

HERE’S A VERY LOUD NEW VIDEO FROM HEIGHTS

Hertfordshire’s hardcore fivesome Heights have today dropped this video for new single These Streets and while they’re at it, given that and one other song, Gold Coast, away for absolutely fuggin’ free. Pretty nice, we thinks.

Oh, and go see them live this UK festival season at Hit The Deck (22 April, Nottingham) and Crash Doubt (4 June, Lincoln), too.

NICOLAS CAGE PERFORMS JOHN CAGE

There’s a famous piece of non-music by a guy named John Cage, called 4’33″, consisting of no instruments playing, and listeners filing the time with the sound of their environment. It’s widely regarded as either an innovative work of genius or an utter load of horse-cakes, depending on who you speak to. Here a clever person on the internet’s put together a supercut of everyone’s favourite actor Nicolas Cage performing silence to perfection. Good work, the internet.
