It would have been artist Keith Haring’s 54th birthday today and to commemorate it Google have done that cool thing they do with their logo and made it out of Haring’s signature coloured figures.

The exhibition features the likes of We Three Club, Kate Prior, Drew Millward and Luke Drozd and as well as the art, you’ve got bands playing free shows over the three days including a Big Scary Monster showcase day.

Remember back in issue 166 we gave you a fucking brilliant Dude Of Sport interview with awesomely-bearded chap Chris Haslam? Well here he is, ripping alongside fellow Globe rider David Gonzalez in aid of the new Globe X Thrasher collaboration. Each athlete has created their own shoe, which you should check out HERE. Sexy times.

This is the newest vid from 21-year-old Stefan Evan Niedermeyer, or Siren to anyone but his mum, dad and bank. He’s a ex pro skater who’s gone down the musician route and come up with some bangers just like this after working with dudes from Metronomy and Arcade Fire, and we’re into it.

This video for song The Surrender features Habitat rider Austyn Gillette shredding around LA, and was supposed to feature Siren as well, but he, er, fucked his ankle right before filming commenced. Instead, we get this and it’s rad. We’re guessing if he hadn’t bust his foot, we wouldn’t have got a dog playing piano, so it’s swings and roundabouts, innit.

Next week, crazy-good artist and friend of FRONT French will exhibit a load of his art at the Beach gallery in London. You’ll be able to get your hands on the prints for the amazingly satanic price of £66.60 which is fucking worth it.
