We present you with a debut collection from Cortica.
Creation through deconstruction
The Cortica design process makes it the unique product. Each element of the shoe is removed, reimagined and reassembled away from convention to create progressive hybrid footwear.
The super-lightweight hybrid Epic – in Khaki Floral, Black Floral, Khaki, Navy, Black and go-faster Red – is the showpiece of the Cortica ethic and inspired by the need to evolve. It delivers unparalleled comfort and protection with a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane*) moulded tongue label, a configured eyestay which provides unheard of breathability, an SBR neoprene upper at the toe, a branded ergonomic footbed and moulded TPU sole unit at the base and moulded TPU counter at the heel.
The accompanying Infinity Lace is a full-cover variant of the Epic with a reimagined lace system available in Navy, Khaki, Black and Black Floral, and the Hercule is a pull-on variant available in Black, Navy and Khaki.
Every facet of Cortica footwear is designed to perform, endure, resist and support and inspired by the need to evolve – speaking of which, there just might be some outerwear in the Cortica pipeline next season.
Available in July 2015 from Selfridges and other selected stockists.
