BAND OF THE WEEK NO. 8: TWIN ATLANTIC

Scottish pop-rockers Twin Atlantic snuck out one of the year’s most underrated debuts the other month, in real blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cheeky fashion, but it’s choc-full of meaty tunes, so we’ll let them off. To possibly make up for it, or maybe because they’re some of the nicest people you’re ever likely to meet, they’ve given us an exclusive live cut of one of the album’s biggest and bestest tracks, Audience & Audio, for you to legally download and dance about to. The lads are currently stuffing their faces full of all manner of sausage over in Germany, but they’re back on these cold shores towards the end of month for all of your entertainment needs, and this track should keep you going till then. You can listen to it about 2,800 times before their Cardiff show, even.

Seen them at Glasgow Uni’s freshers’ week. Supported by Ghost of a Thousand (who are in this month’s mag). Pretty good.

Unfortunately they cancelled a gig in cologne which made me very angry.
    There are two options:

Money back or another date for the gig

    Anyway: Twin Atlantic rawks!
