FRONT BREW DUDES DO WORLD’S STRONGEST BEER

PENGUIN24
Just months after blowing our balls off with the UK’s strongest bevvy, the clever swines at BrewDog (makers of FRONT Brew) have slapped down their previous efforts by unveiling the world’s strongest beer.
Tactical Nuclear Penguin comes in at a whopper of a 32%, and is up for grabs at 30 quid a bottle, so it’s not yer usual pub muck. Plus, BrewDog legends James and Martin are offering a limited number of special bottles for £250 a pop, which will also net you a share in the brewery. You might want to reconsider buying your family those thoughtful Christmas prezzies…

Check out how the strong stuff is made after the jumperoo.

Out-fuckin-standing, for people putting their crummy Vodka in the freezer for so many years, I am astounded as to why the daft men at Samuel Adams or Guinness had not come up with such a beer, but as I am stranded on this piss of a campus University, I will be making my next trip over to the uk and whereabouts to blast down a Tactical Nuclear Penguin. Again, a cheers to taking the the piss out of a beer and wrapping at least one hand around the cold neck of a “black and white” brew.

We might be wrong on this (we’re borrowing facts from around the beer blogosphere) but apparently it is still a beer because they freeze it to remove water rather than the alcohol, leaving concentrated alcohol and solids, therefore meaning it’s a beer rather than a distilled spirit.

Although technically it’s a spirit according to an old HMRC tax legislation… and is potentially illegal in England but not Scotland…. there’s loads of rumours and maybe-facts doing the rounds…. I wouldn’t want to stick my money behind any of them without a bit of research!

Anyway, James and Martin made us laugh with the suits, so back to the beer and keeping things exciting in the beer world.
